Ask the random person on the street about where Charleston’s theaters are, and you’ll likely get a long list of movie theaters than live performance ones. But the League of Charleston Theaters wants you to know there’s plenty of places to see a live performance in town.

And The Post and Courier backed up that sentiment, with a piece called “Charleston: a city synonymous with stage.”
