Guerrilla Cuisine celebrates its first year

Charleston’s alternative and semi-spontaneous fine dining group dubbed “Guerilla Cuisine” celebrated their one year anniversary at the Glass Onion, and Charleston City Paper checked it out by video.

The group generally does monthly meetups, but their next event on December 14 is dubbed the “Guerrilla Cuisine Spam Jam 08” — it’s an eight course all-Spam dinner. Sound disgusting, but I bet whoever they get to cook will do some fabulous things with it. $50.

For more on the group, check out their site or their Facebook group.
