Man killed in accidental shooting

Update September 8: Some new details about the shooting popped up over at ABC News 4, an excerpt:

“They were really good friends. He’s been to my house since middle school,” said Rally’s sister Hannah.

Hannah, still shaken by what happened.

“It didn’t have to happen,” she said.

In what is being called an accidental shooting, Richard Allen Hyrne was shot around 4:45 a.m. when Josh Randall Nicely was handling what he thought was an unloaded a gun.

The shooting happened in the Northwoods area of North Charleston.
