Tuition wavers axed for those over 60 and working full-time

South Carolina for years has allowed those 60 or older to take college classes for free, but a recent change by Columbia lawmakers excludes those seniors working full time.

Looks to me like they got it backwards, they should charge those seniors that don’t have to work.
