The Edgefield neighborhood that was at the center of the ongoing Christmas Eve shooting over a booted car has ousted its neighborhood association president and security director.

It was only a matter of days after the shooting that a rift developed between the then property manager, IMC Resort Services, and the Homeowners Association of Edgefield over the incident and, likely, who's responsible for the hiring of ProTow. A matter that could be a prelude to preparations of a civil suit over the incident.
