After appearing to rebound in 2010, local Beaufort real estate sales have continued to show more mixed results — in a report The Island Packet notes that while from 2011 to 2012 Hilton Head sales largely strengthened, the Beaufort market saw fewer home sales and homes that sat on the market longer.

No word on the relative price for Beaufort home sales or the capacity of the Beaufort market.
