According to the approved charter, the schools' curriculum will be STEM infused (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and teachers will be trained in the Paidiai Method. This, along with Character Based Education and a 20:1 student-teacher ratio, is what the members of the BPS charter school committee proposed to the SCPCSD.

The location is yet to be determined, but properties north of the Broad River are currently under review.
