What's up (and what's out) in the Legislature as the session winds down

The 119th South Carolina General Assembly session has run from January 11 and ends June 2 — that means if it doesn't get done in the next few days, it ain't happening.

And there are a lot of things still in limbo like tort reform, the Amazon deal, unemployment insurance relief for businesses, and a couple of big ones that just won't make it before the grains of sand run out, like having the Lt. Gov. run on the same ballot as the Governor and school choice.
