Back in 2009 on the night before her would-be weeding, Gretchen Rhyan Mazur Williamson was staying in one of the Beaufort Inn's cottages where an alleged assailant entered the window and allegedly beat her badly.

Now WIlliamson has filed a lawsuit again the Beaufort Inn's owners, alleging gross negligence by the proprietors for not doing more to secure the safety of guests.
