Special zoning rules for City of Beaufort Commerce Park proceed

Despite pushback on streamlined zoning rules for the soon-to-be City of Beaufort owned Beaufort Commerce Park, city council gave approval a first reading of rules that annex the park and allow for easier development on the 167 acres of land.
