New specialty store Oil and Vinegar is holding their grand opening celebration tonight from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be served, and attendees can enjoy a 10% discount on O+V's wide array of dips, tapenades, herbs, sauces, and you guessed it: oils and vinegars.

Oil and Vinegar is located in Mt. Pleasant Towne Center between the Atlanta Bread Company and the Palmetto Grande movie theatre.

Specialty food store, Oil & Vinegar, will open its doors at the Mount Pleasant Towne Centre in time for Memorial Day weekend.

The store will offer over 40 varieties of oils and vinegars on tap, as well as an assortment of tapenades, sauces, spices, spreads, mustards, herb mixes, pasta, dippers and rubs. Many of the products are made specifically for the store and come from the Mediterranean, Asia, Africa, and Australia.  Oil & Vinegar products are batch produced and hand crafted in old world traditions, specifically the extra virgin olive oils and Balsamic vinegars.  The store will also offer a wide selection of handcrafted plates, glass bottles, pottery, and related culinary gifts, specializing in unique gift baskets suitable for all occasions.

Superior quality, selection of our products and total experience is what makes Oil & Vinegar unique.  All of the oils and vinegars are available for tasting with fresh bread and on a rotating basis, the sauces, spices, dippers, spreads, herb mixes, and rubs are prepared for daily tastings.

Special events in store will range from recipe demonstrations in the store and to partnering with local chefs demonstrating one of their dishes incorporating unique oils.
