Tomorrow, Columbia's building boom crests with the completion of the 18-story Main & Gervais tower.

The building sports an all-glass exterior and sits across the street from the state's capitol building. But the triumph in building seems have prompted a lackluster hurrah a as no one knows ho long it will be until the city sees another such structure built.
