First reporting:

After some two decades in business, Coastal Glass Distributors could not survive the downturn in the construction market and is closing its North Charleston plant and putting some 150 out of work.

The Post and Courier has a written report, while Live 5 News has a video report.

Update October 16:

The Post and Courier reports that Coastal Glass Distributors is reopening under new management and will be re-employing 75 workers at the plant.
