Jericho Advisors opens office in the former Peoples Federation Bank

Josh Silverman, Managing Partner of Jericho Advisors announced that they have opened their office at 218 Saint Philip Street.

Jericho Advisors delivers wealth management and financial solutions to a select group of diverse clientele, from emerging entrepreneurs to experienced business owners, executives, and nonprofit organizations. The firm also works with clients and companies to arrange early-stage venture capital, alternative financing, and asset based lending for business and real estate ventures.

“We’re happy to be a part of the Elliottborough neighborhood. There’s a vibrancy here that has a cohesiveness with our firm’s philosophy. We focus exclusively on projects in coastal South Carolina to support the regional economy and our rich heritage of locally owned independent businesses.

218 Saint Philip Street was the site of the first African-American bank in Charleston, first known as the The Peoples Federation Bank. The 1849 building was saved through the Historic Charleston Foundation's Neighborhood Impact Initiative.” From one financial institution to another, we felt there was a cycle of use and reuse.” says Silverman.

Established as an independent firm, the Jericho team provides objective, comprehensive advice to their clients. They have over thirty years of retail and institutional asset management, corporate sales, and consulting experience.
