Myrtle Beach teen wins $100k from scratcher; Pee Dee man wins $2m

The insanely high Megamillions jackpots seemed to have set off lottery fever. While many people have chosen to ignore the staggering low probablity of winning, it quite literally paid off for one local teenager.
