On the move: The lowdown on Charleston's mobile food truck scene

Ah, food trucks--they're emerging as a culinary staple in Charleston, and we've been loving it.
You may be familiar with some of the names: Diggity Doughnuts, Roti Rolls, Hello My Name is BBQ, the Little Blue Brunch Truck, the Taco Boy food truck, among others.
But familiarity and knowing all the deets on who, what, when, and where are two very different things. That's why I'll gladly refer you to a solid orientation over at The Post and Courier; read it here. (Oh, and heads up: The photo gallery is nice, but not really worth 20 clicks to browse.)
