Captured Mount Pleasant bank robber may be on FBI's most wanted

A man arrested last week after robbing a Mount Pleasant bank is thought to be the FBI most-wanted fugitive, the 'Limping Bandit.'

Cecil Stephen Haire, 51, may be the man authorities believe is responsible for 23 bank heists in the Southeast. His nickname comes from his distinguished limp, the result of polio.
