Charleston County authorities are investigating a fatal shooting that took place this morning on the 1900 block of Boeing Avenue in West Ashley.

Few details have been released on the shooting, but News 4 Charleston reports that 5-6 shots were fired around 1:30 a.m. and the victim may be a 26-year-old with the nickname 'Nelly.'
