What is the RAD system?
- RAD is a self-defense system that is easy to learn, easy to retain and relatively easy to employ during confrontational situation. The class provides information about the basic principles of confrontation, instills dependency on one’s self, helps participants to understand their responsibility for making their own decisions, and finishes with self-realization of one’s own physical power. In summary, not only does the training provide resistance strategies and techniques for use in confrontational situations, it also empowers participants to be more confident and secure in themselves.
