RiverDogs swat Savannah Sand Gnats 5-3

The Charleston RiverDogs had no problem squashing the Savannah Sand Gnats on the road last night, June 2; taking the first game of the four game series 5-3.

With the win, Charleston's record moves up to 29-22 while Savannah falls below .500 at 25-26.

Game two of the four-game series set for tonight, June 3, at 7:05 p.m. in Savannah's Grayson Stadium. The RiverDogs will return home to take on the Rome Braves this Saturday, June 6 at 7:05 p.m. Tickets for Saturday's game can be purchased online or by calling (843) 577-DOGS.
