The Gibbes Museum of Art debuts 'Art of Our Time: Selections from the Ulrich Museum of Art, Wichita State University' exhibition featuring a selection of significant pieces by celebrated 20th- and 21st-century artists on December 17th.

Adorning the walls are works by the likes of Andy Warhol, Alexander Calder, Robert Motherwell and Diane Arbus. This exhibition offers an overview of modern and contemporary art created in a variety of media including painting, sculpture, photography, and video.

The exhibition runs through March 17th, 2011.

The Post and Courier has a nice piece on the new exhibition and background on some of the artist's works; read it here.
