Charleston Cookie Company will be featured on MSNBC's "Your Business" on Sunday, February 7, at 7:30 a.m.

Hosted by JJ Ramberg, the show focuses on America's entrepreneurs and is the place to turn to for advice and guidance for the small business community.

Named “Charleston’s edible souvenir” by Teresa Taylor, Food Editor of the Charleston Post & Courier, The Charlestonä Cookie Company has garnered rave reviews for its cookies and brownies.  The award-winning company, in its 6th year of business, was named a Blue Ribbon Small Business of the Year in 2008 by the US Chamber of Commerce, Small Business of the Month in August ’05 by the Charleston Chamber of Commerce and was nominated for Small Business of the Year by the Charleston Chamber in 2006.

At this time, in addition to 10 cookie varieties, the company offers three brownie flavors as well as pralines in gift tins and baskets. The company’s signature Pecan Chocolate Chip cookie is made with a secret ingredient known only to its founder, Judith Moore, and the staff of the company – all of whom are sworn to silence about its contents upon hiring.  The cookies and brownies are made in small batches to preserve their home-made quality and appearance.

The company’s products may be purchased online at charlestoncookie.com or by calling the bakery at (843) 762-4185.

The segment will re-air Saturday, February 13, at 5:30 a.m. and may be seen on  http://www.yourbiztv.com.
