Brett Sterba, Director of '12 PGA Championship, to speak at Small Business Lunch at Halls

The King Street Marketing Group and the Hall Family announced today that Brett Sterba, Director of the 2012 PGA Championship, will be the featured speaker for the June 7th Small Business Lunch at Halls event.

The World's Greatest Players will take on America's toughest course during the 94th PGA Championship to be held at The Ocean Course on Kiawah August 9 - 12. The final major golf tournament of the season is expected to generate an overall economic impact of $193 million for the state of South Carolina and particularly greater Charleston.

"Get ready for the best and largest SC sporting event ever," said Sterba. Downtown Charleston businesses need to be ready for the two weeks of increased business, tourism and traffic when 30,000 daily patrons head to the peninsula. Sterba will discuss plans the tournament has for patrons, tickets, logistics and parking. Sterba is a graduate of the College of William & Mary where he was an All-America placekicker for the Tribe's football team.

Each month, Small Business Lunch at Halls features a distinguished speaker from the business, civic or political arenas upstairs at Halls Chophouse with imaginative mid-day cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Matthew Niessner.
