Xcon World convention, show in Myrtle Beach; Score some free tickets, too

The Xcon World convention and show is back for a 2nd time in Myrtle Beach this Friday through Sunday, October 2-4.
The convention is host to a myriad of factions including anime, comics, role playing, sci-fi, and so on.
Tickets will run $15-25 in advance, but The Charleston City Paper is giving away two pairs of VIP passes -- which usually go for $100 a ticket.
