The Mt. Pleasant Towne Centre and the Town of Mount Pleasant are hosting the 15th annual ArtFest on Saturday, March 19, from noon to 4 p.m. Performance stages will be located in front of the Palmetto Grande Theatre and between Banana Republic and Gap on Belk Drive.
