The Avondale Point Business District in West Ashley is hosting a mural competition and art walk this week.

The winning mural design will be announced at the end of the Wednesday, September 2, Avondale Point Art Walk from 6 to 9 p.m. The winner will get to paint their design on the Children’s Cancer Society Thrift Store at 835 Savannah Highway.
