Prince announces North Charleston tour date (update: Coliseum hosting pre-party)

Update March 30: With the potential for severe weather tomorrow, the North Charleston Coliseum will open the Performing Arts Center lobby for a “Purple Rain pre-show party” before the Prince concert.

The party begins at 5 p.m. and will feature food and drinks for sale and of course, plenty of Prince music. Admission to the party is free.

First reporting: Doves and fans alike began to cry yesterday when Prince announced that he'll be performing at the North Charleston Coliseum on March 30th.
