Join the Charleston Animal Society this Saturday for the 11th Annual Celebrity Chili Cook-off & Oyster Roast.

Bring your hungry self to the Maritime Center from 1 to 5 p.m. and eat chili made by local celebrities, shuck oysters, down hot dogs and enjoy local beer from Palmetto Brewery.

Tickets are just $25 in advance for adults and $10 for kids. They'll jump up to $30 a piece if you decide to buy them at the door. This is a family friendly event that includes a kids fun zone and there will be adoptable animals from the Charleston Animal Society on-site.
