ETV special takes a look at Southern cooking

Tonight at 5:30 p.m., the ETV series 'Take on the South' will be taping an episode all about Southern cooking.

The ongoing debate about what constitutes as "real" Southern cooking will be the topic up for discussion in tonight's program. New school Southern foodies Ted and Matt Lee will be on one side, while John T. Edge, author of Fried Chicken: An American Story, will be taking the side of traditional ingredients and methods.
