Laura Albert's Tasteful Options on Daniel Island is holding another beer dinner Thursday, this time with brewing juggernaut Sierra Nevada.

For $45 (plus tax & tip), you can partake in a bottomless Sierra Nevada Pale Ale reception starting at 6:30pm, followed by the dinner and pairing at 7pm.  Here's the mouth-watering menu, straight from their website:

1st Course: Glissade Golden Bock + Butternut Squash Chili with a Timbale of Texmati Brown Rice

2nd Course: Torpedo Extra IPA + Togarski Winter Succatash tossed w/ Arugula & Lump Crab Salad

3rd Course: 2010 BigFoot Barleywine + Aged Flank Steak Rouladen on a bed of Braised Barley & Robert Sauce

4th Course: Porter + Chocolate Macadamian Torte with Coconut Creme Anglaise

A Sierra Nevada rep is flying in and will be on hand to guide diners through the experience.  Expect to see a review of this one from me, along with some pics, later in the week.
