In honor of Veterans Day, the Riverbanks Zoo and Garden near downtown Columbia will offer free admission to all military personnel with presentation of ID card.

Here's a word from Satch Krantz, the executive director of Riverbanks Zoo and Garden from an emailed press release:
We are proud of all of our service men and women, and want them to know how much we appreciate their commitment and contribution to this great nation.

All guests of military men and women will receive the Riverbanks military discount price: $8.50 for adults and $7.25 for children ages 3-12.
