The Charleston chapter of L.I.M.E. (Local. Impromptu. Moveable. Evening.), an underground dining experience created by local chef Renata Dos Santos, is partnering with Fields to Families for a special dinner on February 25.

The multi-course meal will be prepared by Chef Stephen Ollard of Amen Street. Wine Connoisseur Malia Camens is pairing the meal with small, boutique European wines, and Gregory Guay, of Suzuki Guitar, is in charge of entertainment.

Dinner begins at 5 p.m., and the downtown Charleston location and full menu will be revealed two days before the event to confirmed guests only. Semi-formal Mardi Gras dress code.

Tickets are $125 per person, and the price includes dinner, beverages, gratuity and tax and also includes a $25 donation that goes directly to the benefit. To register visit www.limeincharleston.com.
