Fish celebrates the Chinese New Year with special prix fixe dinner

In honor of the upcoming Chinese New Year, Fish restaurant invites you to indulge in the festivities with a special celebratory meal on February 2nd.

Master French Chef Nico Romo will serve his signature Asian fusion cuisine with a prix-fixe four-course menu for $35, in addition to their new winter menu.

Guests will enjoy specialty dim sum and delicious dishes such as pan seared tilefish with sweet soy glaze noodles and local wok veggies and homemade peking duck with cashews, shitakes, jasmine rice, cilantro, mooshu pancake and a sweet and spicy hoisin sauce. Diners can also pair their meal with specialty sake and sake-inspired cocktails from Mixologist Evan Powell.

In addition to the fantastic meal, Fish will also have a money tree at the restaurant, where guests can make donations to benefit the Alliance for Full Acceptance, a local nonprofit organization advocating acceptance for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons.
