Reserve your seat at Ted's American Craft Beer Dinner

Ted’s Butcherblock, downtown Charleston’s gourmet butcher shop and market, is gearing up for an American-themed Craft Beer Dinner on July 28th.
Guests will sample brews from California, New York, and Colorado, and Chef Eva is whipping up some of her favorite American-inspired dishes to pair with a four-course menu.
The evening's menu can be found below:
- Corned Beef “Pate” Pumpernickel Pan Perdue / Bacon, Peach & Grapefruit Marmalade / Cabbage with Goat Cheese & Creole Mustard Brown Butter Vinaigrette -- Paired with: Brooklyn Lager
- Sage and Brandy Breakfast Sausage in a Blanket Sweet Corn and Pimento Custard / Pea and Tasso Salad with Pea Tendrils and Lemonade Vinaigrette -- Paired with: Grand Teton Bitch Creek ESB
- Smoked Brisket Stuffed Smoked Pork Loin Horseradish and Molasses Demi-Glace / Crispy Thyme Roasted Potatoes / Apple Butter Grits / Onion Hash & Bourbon Praline Hollandaise -- Paired with: Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine Style Ale
- Cherry Cocoa Cola Cake Buckeyes / Butterscotch, Cocoa Nib and Sea Salt Kettle Corn Chocolate Cherry Sorbet -- Paired with: SouthernTier Mokah
Tickets are $38 per person for four courses paired with beer. Reservations are required by calling (843) 577-0094. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:15 p.m.
