If you're itching for some pop-up dinner action, Butcher & Bee has two coming up that are likely to whet your whistle.

Friday, December 14th, will be the final Nguyen family Vietnamese pop-up of 2012. Dinner will be served starting at 5:30 p.m., and like all Vietnamese pop-ups, all seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A la carte options will range from $3 to $12, with gluten-free, vegetarian, and pescatarian options available by request. BYOB, beer or wine, as always.

To close out the year, chef Stuart Tracy will be doing an all-taco pop-up dinner on December 28th. Let's be honest here - who doesn't love a nice taco night?

Starting at 5:30 p.m. head to the Bee for a mix of Mexican standards (i.e. carnitas, carne asada) and B&B-style offerings (fried chicken!). As always, there will be vegan and vegetarian options available.
