Charleston Museum offers the exhibit Doll Daze in their Hands on History program.

This summer children can enjoy getting their hands on history with the Charleston Museum. Hands on History is a new series featuring an in-depth activity with a local artisan and a specialized tour of Museum collections. Themes range from yoga to gem mining. Programs are for children age 5 and up. $10/Museum members, $12/Non-members. Advanced reservations required. Limited spots available. See dates and themes below.
Guest artisan Millie Chaplin will teach children how to make a doll using cornhusks and other materials. Then participants will explore dolls from the Museum’s collection.
3-4:30 p.m. $12 ($10 for members).
