Democrat Anne Peterson Hutto sworn in Tuesday

Update December 31: Hutto has been sworn in. Catch a small write-up and photo gallery over at Jones on Politics.

The Post and Courier has a story, too. But they've got no pictures.

First reporting: Despite the possibility of a revote being called by the General Assembly in January, the swearing in of newly elected Anne Peterson Hutto for S.C. House District 115 will happen Tuesday, December 30, at 3 p.m. at Bowen's Island.

Republican incumbent Wallace Scarborough lost the James Island and Folly Beach seat by 211 votes and has been calling hard for a revote, to the point where pundits are now belittling him.
