Details on the New Year's Eve checkpoints (update: financial cost of a DUI)

The Charleston County Sheriff's Office has announced locations for its New Year's Eve checkpoints.
Checkpoints will be popping up around the area beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday and continuing through 2:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
