Dorchester, Colleton counties delay school starts on fear of snow/ice

Though the chance of snow and ice on the road is slim tomorrow morning, January 8, Colleton and Dorchester counties are delaying school opening times.
ABC News 4 has a brief on Colleton, and NBC News 2 has a brief on Dorchester.
