Myrtle Beach State Park hosts 5th Annual Park Palooza
On Saturday, April 7, 2012, the Myrtle Beach State Park will hold their 5th Annual Park Palooza from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The day will include more than twenty educational programs ranging from campfire construction to orienteering. You can also build your dream beach house with blocks and see if it withstands a storm surge or learn about owlology.
Admission to the park is $5 for adults. $3.25 for SC seniors (age 65 and up), $3 for children age 6-15, and free for children 5 and younger. Most programs are free but there are a few that have a small fee, as noted on the schedule. During the event there will be raffle tickets for sale, as well as baked goods and pizza.
