Charleston Mag challenges Glass Onion to dish up a multi-course meal - on a budget

Every so often Charleston Magazine issues a food to challenge to local chefs of note, this time the fine folks at West Ashley's Glass Onion were up. 

The challenge was to "prepare a hearty yet effortless winter dinner using fresh, seasonal ingredients" and to do so for only $10 a person. Did they meet it? You bet, and they've got some might find recipes to share.
