Just yesterday I finally dipped my taste buds into Mama Brown's Barbeque, and today I hear of Po Pigs Bo-B-Q in Edisto.
The Post and Courier reviews, in part:
Po' Pigs slow cooks its pork shoulders over a gas-fired grill for 12 hours, drawing its flavor from a rub of black pepper, white pepper, red pepper and paprika. George Green mans the smoker, but the recipes are pure Bobo, the upshot undeniable.
The buffet runs $9.25.
