The Culinary Institute of Charleston reopened their restaurant, 181 Palmer for the spring semester and the new menu is looking better than ever.
For just $15 per person, you get a three-course lunch including a drink. The spring menu includes BlueCrab and Mascarpone Ravioli, House-Made Country Pâté and Grilled South Carolina Quail just to name a few of the scrumptious offerings.
