Fort Johnson Cafe and Coffee on James Island is a little known spot with a menu that will make both your stomach and your wallet happy.

In addition to the typical coffees, teas, and such, the cafe serves up some scrumptious breakfast and lunch offerings. Take the mushroom panini ($6.75) for example, consists of small mushroom caps, a blue cheese and ricotta spread, and sun-dried tomato basil pesto.
