Local sustainable foods planned for Limpin' Jane's

Chef Tara Tracy has a reputation for using local sustainable food sources for her delicious and creative dishes, and she has already lined up several local farmers to supply her with garden goodness at her new restaurant in Georgetown called Limpin' Jane's, which is scheduled to launch in May.

The name Limpin' Jane's is a play on the name of a fine historic coastal Carolina blackeyed pea dish called Hoppin' John.

You can read more about the restaurant that Tracy and her partner, Bryan Shepler, have worked hard to open at MyrtleBeachRestaurantNews.com.
