Come welcome Charleston's newest mayor! Pure joy will be abound, as we celebrate Herb Kowalski's well-fought victory the night of the election. Current polls might seem a little daunting, but Herb refuses to give up his quest, and expects nothing but a surefire victory. Polls are stupid - does anyone know one person who got polled? Its all fake. 
Around 9pm, Herb will present his vision for this great city with an outer space futuristic multi-media display. Prepare to get wowed and kapowed.
