What could be, if Noisette can keep its land
The Post and Courier has a nice rundown on what the Noisette Co. hopes would be accomplished (and what accomplishments could be retained) if the company's land is not foreclosed on.
Pointed to as dependent on arrangements with the Noisette Co. are some pretty iconic local players: Coast Brewing, a biodiesel plant, 10 Storehouse Row, and the proposed Hunley museum.
