Aviation Authority's incentive program designed to court new carriers (updated)

To lure now air carriers to the Charleston International Airport, the The Charleston County Aviation Authority is adopting a new incentive program that will temporarily waive startup costs for incoming carriers.

The program would allow for as much as $150,000 in startup costs for new carriers.
