Building Arts college sells McLeod Plantation to bolster finances

In an effort to help sustain the college and boost their chances for accreditation, The American College of the Building Arts has sold the McLeod Plantation back to the Historic Charleston Foundation for $850,000.
The move means the college will not be taking the City of Charleston's $734,500 loan.
