Mom arrested after leaving two kids in car while air conditioner ran

The headline pretty much says it: 30-year-old Rebecca Hutchens of Moncks Corner has been charged with two counts of unlawful conduct toward a child after leaving her two young children in the car with the air conditioning running while she went into the base commissary.
At debate is how long the kids were in the car.
